Joseph Oloruntoba Adeola, one of the godsons of Pastor Williams Folorunso Kumuyi (GENERAL OVERSEER OF DEEPER LIFE BIBLE CHURCH) has emerged the overall best graduating student of University of Ilorin.
Adeola who studied Mathematics just like his godfather, Pastor Kumuyi graduated with a CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of 4.92, to become the best graduating student of the university for 2020/2021 convocation.
He received the university’s merit award at the school’s 36th convocation ceremony held on Saturday.
The event held at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the prestigious university.
Adeola initially didn't do pretty well in his UTME (organised by JAMB - THE JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD) scoring 196 over 200 yet appreciated God for his achievement, in a post on LinkedIn.

“God lifted a nobody, from nowhere, made him somebody, without the consent of anybody”, he wrote.
His post had attracted a great number of views, with over 11,000 likes and 2,000 comments since he broke the news a week ago.
He was also congratulated by the entire Team and Management of The Emerging Tech Foundation and University of Emerging Technologies based in California, United States.
